If I have a restaurant menu and information, can I upload the menu and information for the restaurant?

Q: What if my menu and restaurant are not on the website?
A: If your restaurant and menu are not currently displayed, we would like you to register for your free restaurant listing. After we verify your restaurant, you will receive an email confirmation and authentication within 24 hours, and you can start promoting your restaurant through Restaurantplace.com.


Q: What if my menu is available online but I do not have access to edit my menu?
A: If you see your restaurant menu online it is because one of your patrons has sent us your menu prior to our launch. Simply contact us with your restaurant's name, address, owner or manger name, and restaurant phone number, and we will contact you within 24 hours to verify and give you access to your menu and restaurant information.

Q: How often can I update my menu and information on Restaurantplace.com?
A: Once your restaurant and menu have been uploaded, you can make as many changes as you would like to your restaurant information and menu by adding menu items, deleting menu items, and updating your prices. You can also make changes at anytime that is convenient for you.

Q: Can my manager upload and manage my menu and restaurant information?
A: Yes, your manager can upload and manage your menu and restaurant information once you have registered for your free restaurant listing. You can actually have your menu and restaurant information managed by anyone you choose. It is important to note that when you register, we require the owner or manager's information so that we can verify that the owner or manager has requested the free restaurant listing and not anyone else.

Q: Do you provide services to enter and upload our restaurant information and menu and
update the information as it changes?

A: Even though it is quick and easy to enter and upload your restaurant information, we know that some of you do not like the internet or are simply too busy. Therefore, we do provide services to enter and upload the information for you and manage your menu from there on. If you would like to learn more about our rates please contact us.

A: If you are interested in advertising your restaurant on our website, please click on Advertise with us tab.

A: : If you would like to let us know about a restaurant that is not on Restaurantplace, please let us know by emailing us at customerservice@restaurantplace.com.


Q: If I have a restaurant menu and information, can I upload the menu and information for
the restaurant?
A: No, we would not like you to register and upload a menu or restaurant information. We would prefer if restaurant owners or managers register and contact us so that we can confirm that they want their menu and restaurant information to be viewed by the public. In addition, if you uploaded the menu and information for the restaurant, they may not be aware that their menu is on our site and may not update it on a regular basis.

A: If you find incorrect restaurant information or menus on Restaurantplace, feel free to contact us at customerservice@restaurantplace.com.
